Building With Purpose for More Than 20 Years
Founded in Highland, Utah by Darin and Stephanie Juncker, New Element Construction was built on a shared commitment to quality work, strong relationships, and doing business with integrity. Today, Darin and Stephanie continue to lead the company together, working alongside a dedicated team to bring each project from vision to completion.
Darin’s background spans industrial engineering and construction, commercial building, residential construction, earthwork and concrete, luxury custom homes, pools and outdoor living, ADUs, remodels, additions, and more. That broad, hands-on experience has shaped New Element into the versatile and knowledgeable construction company it is today.
As the company has grown, New Element has become increasingly focused on what it does best: building exceptional custom homes, complete pools and outdoor living environments, and commercial spaces. While every project is different, the approach remains the same—thoughtful planning, honest communication, skilled craftsmanship, and personal accountability from a team that stands behind its work.

Darin & Stephanie Juncker
As founder and owner of New Element Construction, Darin brings a diverse background in engineering, construction, and project management to every aspect of the company. His experience spans commercial and industrial construction, luxury custom homes, pools and outdoor living, concrete and earthwork, ADUs, additions, and complex residential projects. Darin remains actively involved in New Element’s projects, bringing practical knowledge, problem-solving, and a high standard of workmanship to each build.
Stephanie works alongside Darin in the day-to-day operation of New Element Construction, helping manage the administrative and organizational side of the business. As a co-owner, she plays an important role in keeping the company and its projects running smoothly while supporting both the New Element team and its clients.

Cooper & Sophie Sibley
Cooper plays a hands-on role throughout the construction process, working both in the field and behind the scenes to move projects from planning into completion. He manages active jobsites, prepares estimates and bids, coordinates project details, and meets with prospective clients during initial consultations. His involvement from the earliest conversations through construction helps create continuity between what is planned, what is proposed, and what is ultimately built.
Sophie manages many of the administrative details that support New Element’s projects and day-to-day operations. Her role includes permitting and inspection coordination, bookkeeping, marketing, and office management, helping keep both the client-facing and behind-the-scenes sides of the company organized. She also oversees New Element’s marketing and digital presence, sharing the company’s work and connecting prospective clients with the team.
